Responsible for all North Kerala activity.
Candidate must ready to travel anywhere in North Kerala.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for the preparation of Marketing Plan for the various products of the company for the year in advance.
Preparation of the Marketing budget planning
Formulation of the marketing strategy and implementation of it through the marketing team.
Achieving the sales targets and to keep the returns with in the specifications fixed.
To set up Agency network after consulting the management and fixing the trade terms and conditions and monitoring each Agent’s performance.
Conducting Sales meeting / Training for the marketing staff and Agents
Analysis of the report received from marketing staff and taking corrective measures and briefing the management.
Performance appraisals of sales staff.
Periodical regular collection of marketing information regarding competitors, their performance and product, and to develop counter strategies in consultation with management.
Appointment of agencies.
Identify areas for introduction of new products and to develop marketing strategies, target focused.
To ensure that all products manufactured after market study are effectively distributed and completely sold and the payments collected on time.
To make sure that talents and abilities of all marketing executives are identified and targets are fixed and they achieve sales target in a stipulated time along with the collection.
To develop motivating incentive schemes for the various categories of marketing staff after evaluating the financial implication and getting clearance from the management, product wise.
Develop system to maintain updated account of each agent on a monthly basis and to monitor the status and their performance.
Evolve and develop trade terms and incentive schemes in consultation with management and introduce them after getting approval.
To identify institution/shops/locations where Labour India products are not available wherever there is demand, promptly.
Make sure the agreement formal documentation and undertakings of agents are perfect and keep the document in safe custody and product before management as when required.
To coordinate with editorial with regard to products receipt in the market and suggestion for improvement/ changes on a periodic basis.
To plan cost effective promotional and publicity programmes (product wise) and to implement them.
Planning and ordering gift items for motivational and promotional activities in advance through the ordering system specified.
Confidentiality of all documents are ensured sot that it will not be available to unauthorized persons in organization/outsiders.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification – Any Graduation/Post Graduation
Skills – Good communication skills.
Experience – 01 – 10 years of experience as a Sr. Executive/Team Leader/Assistant Manager Marketing/ Sales in any industry.
